Turns out that Caleb has Seborrhia which basically means that he has dandruff... I never knew a baby could have dandruff. The doctor told me to use Head and Shoulders to help clear it up. If its not cleared up by his 6 month visit the doctor will give me a steroid to put on his head that will clear it up for sure.
A few weeks ago Gayla and my Mom came over for lunch and helped me make the most adorable invitations to Caleb's baby blessing. The picture we chose for the front of the invitation is so fitting to Caleb's personality... he is so happy all the time and uses his whole body to SMILE. This is the picture:
We blessed him on Sunday, February 7th in our ward in Lehi. When it was our turn Mike took Caleb up to the front and as the other guys gathered around all I saw was a HUGE grin from each of them as they looked at Caleb. Mike later told me that Caleb was SMILING with all his might as if he knew what was about to take place. Mike of course did an AMAZING job giving him his blessing ... I am so LUCKY to have such a great husband.
Those that helped with the blessing were: Que (Grandpa), Gayle (Dad), Matt (Brother), Todd (Brother), Jake (Brother), Mark (Brother), Darvell (Brother-in-law), Taun (Brother-in-law) and Brother Kodie Francom (1st Counselor in the Bishopric)
Before Church started we had Mike's Mom and Dad over for Breakfast. They were not able to attend the blessing because Mike's Dad is in remission for Leukemia and has a very weakened immune system.
After Church we had Dinner at my Mom and Dad's house with all my family. We had Cafe Rio pork and chicken burritos. The food turned out SUPER YUMMY!!
Even though my Colts lost the Superbowl, the day was better than I ever could have asked for.
